I think that CJ and others like him have been brought up with the idea that big government is a given. It seems to me like every President from FDR has grown government.

    • Scott M. Kruchell

It has been shown/ proven that bigger government, IS NOT BETTER government. Especially, FDR and LBJ off the top of my head.

    • CrystalDawn0603

I agree. Big government is BAD.

FDR did more to expand government than anyone before or after him. He is definitely in a class by himself, but those who followed didn’t do anything to scale it back.

  • Lara Fabans

I love it. And he probably thinks more government is good because that’s all he’s seen growing up in his 12 years. At least I got to see Reagan dismantle Carter’s mess in my lifetime. We need someone else to close down the party house that our bloated government has become.

  • jer1041

I wish I could get everyone to view your videos. I post several to facebook, but don’t get many “likes” or comments. I’ll keep posting and hoping, people have to wake up.

  • Wishful

These messages are so simply stated and so truthful I wish they could be used in education so the kids could to see Zo explaining these things as they learn Civics and Government. Would be a great way to introduce truth to them.

  • Steve

Your videos always rock, but this is one of your best yet! Just hitting all of those great points about needing LESS government – even if you can get “better” people in there. Government simply isn’t the answer!

  • Scott M. Kruchell

RIGHT on all points, I couldn’t agree more. I miss the days when Ronald Reagan was proving this.
I have had arguments with my ex-girlfriend’s sons about this. For as “smart” as they appear, the only one that is actually doing something with his life, is the one that is in the US Navy. But not even certain of that, nowadays. The other two are being educated by the “local” LIBERAL college system (University of Wisconsin). Both believe the government is solution. Both have different “idea’s” that the government should do to “fix” the problem. ALL get made at me when I say government is the problem.
Funny thing is they are all Hispanic. When I have shown them your video’s, because I’m a white conservative and MUST be racist, they laugh at them. They think they (the video’s) are funny, but you don’t know what your talking about. Because YOUR A BRAINWASHED “Uncle Tom”/ don’t know what your talking about. Mind you, this is all from 20 something’s that voted for BO’s “hope & change” TWICE.
The only reason I still have anything to do with these “people” has to do my daughter, I posted her picture not to long ago. If you have seen that, you will know and might understand.

  • TruckinMack

I watched the CJ video’s, and while I liked the Marie Harf one best, I was put off a bit and did not understand why. Zo, you did a great job of explaining to me what it was about CJ’s videos that bothered me. Thx.

  • Romey B

I agree with you, Zo. We need less Government.

  • ssoldie

I am proud of C.J. but he needs more advice like Alfonzo, Alan Keyes, Thomas Sowell, Mia love, Star Parker, and read, read, the Constitution, You are right and want him to be as good as he can, me too.

    • Hangman54

I can agree with everything you said… except the part about Mia Love… She has shown herself to be somewhat less than an ideal candidate.
As soon as she got elected to office, she drank the rino kool-ade and bought into the john boner fallacy…. and that is too bad, as I had high hopes for her, but alas… it was not to be.

    • Francis Marino

because she can not have her own opinion or support that of the people who voted for her?

    • Hangman54

      No
Because she flat out lied… she ran on the platform of NOT agreeing with speaker boner, and then what does she do as her VERY first action as a newly minted congress person??
She votes to reelect said speaker to his throne once again so he can stab all of the conservatives in the back just as he has done, time and time again… this stuff is not complicated, IF you pay attention… but……

  • Vanessa Preston

His passion is contagious. He needs to soak up the writings of our founders. Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Ben Franklin, etc. Alfonzo nails it every time. Thank you.

  • MrDrapes

Does Alfonzo ever hit anything but home runs? He always hits the sweet spot.

  • Scott Olson

Zo, you hit a home run. We must change the culture before we can change politics!! Keep it up!

  • timboslice

Zo, I don’t know how you don’t have a bigger following! You are excellent and what you do! Keep up the great work!

  • Derek Ball

cannot argue with anything in that video!

  • HRLO

Amen! This young man is at least thinking but has much to learn. Zo, I loved your book “weapon of ass destruction”. Keep up the awesome work!

  • Rebecca

I am with you young conservatives need to spread their conservative ideas among the other young people. I do not agree that the age of office should be lowered. I do however believe that there should be an age limit. 70 perhaps.

  • MaranathaMark

I think Zo is right on the mark here. And I am not a fan of Career Politicians or those wishing to be be one. C.J. made excellent points, which do give us hope, unless you find out they want to be a politician. Political office should never be approached as a “Career” but like Jury Duty! It is a service we are willing to do for a very short time before returning to OUR REAL CAREERS! I don’t trust anyone who’s ambitions are to ‘stay in office’, those folks on both sides of the isle have gotten to where we are today… does anyone think we are in anything but a broken republic with an over-reaching, unconstitutional government? The Founding Fathers were against Career politicians as well, because… they serve themselves over the interest of those who vote them into office!
